How quick will I receive my order?

Depending on the product, there can be many variables on when you receive your product. Many of our items are pre-sales, and as such are ordered in bulk and sourced from overseas. We also take the time to ensure your product arrives without any damages and is the top quality you expect from The Salty Squid. Usually, your product arrives in 4-6 weeks and is shipped out right afterwards. If after that time, you are unsure, please drop us a line!
What if I don't like my product?

Since most of our products are custom made, we do not offer returns simply because you don't like it. We will work with you however and try to make every interaction the best it can be. See our return policy for items that arrived damaged.
I made a mistake on my order, can I change it?"

Yes, if the item is a pre-sale, we can make modifications before the order as closed. If the pre-sale has closed, there is no guarantee changes can be made.
