Shipping Policy

Since the majority of my items are custom made, it takes some time from inception to your door. All orders are packaged by me with the same care as if it were my own. In all orders, I strive to ship the fastest method feasible but keep in mind packages are usually mailed in bulk due to the high volume of orders we do for pre-order requests.

We do ship internationally as well with certain restrictions based on your location.

Return & Exchange Policy

The Salty Squid creates custom designs that are brought to your doorstep with full knowledge of what the design entails. As such, there is no returns accepted unless there is a manufacturing defect based on vendors that were used which are handled on a case-by-case basis. I am happy to consider all situations in order to ensure you are completely satisfied.
